Salary Range: – negotiable based on experience – bonus for volume clients
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Development Manager. This is a new position due to company growth, therefore you will be able to cover a UK wide geographical area giving maximum sales opportunities.
Main Responsibilities & Duties
• Generate new business referrals for Ltd, Umbrella and Sole Trader services
• Work with recruitment agencies to generate new business, build rapport and account manage
• Attend and host networking events to promote brand awareness
• Potential to grow and manage own team
Requirements & Qualifications
• Ability to self-generate new business and build own portfolio
• Motivated to hit and exceed targets
• Rapport building skills.
• Good understanding of Limited company legislation and Umbrella process
• Previous experience in dealing within these sectors is essential
• Flexible working approach
